The Reformer has the ability to support old injuries, such as neck, back and knee pain as well as adding extra resistance, diversity of exercises and challenge to your body.
With the addition of the Jumpboard, Reformer Pilates can also add cardiovascular training into your routine to help support a healthy heart and lungs, plus help weight loss and increase your bone density.
