Class Types

BEGINNER CLASS

For those who are new to Pilates or the Reformer, or just need a refresher. This class is designed to make sure you know what your 'core' is, and how to switch it on!  Get comfortable with the Reformer in a welcoming/supportive environment.  


Muscle changes happen at 4-6 weeks, so stick with it!

CLASSIC REFORMER

This class is designed to give you an all over body workout adding core strength, balance, flexibility and some jumpboard if desired.  

Class will leave you feeling invigorated!  We ideally prefer you to complete a Beginner class if you are new to Reformer, so you get the most out of the session.

PRIVATE REFORMER/MAT PILATES

One on one, individualised, tailored classes during the day time for those with injuries or who have specific goals or maybe you are new to Reformer and just need a little head start. Private sessions can be done on the Mat or Reformer depending on your needs/goals. 


Health funds can be used as the class is taught by a Physiotherapist, so is covered if you have Physio in your extras!  Health funds only cover Private and Semi Private classes, not group classes. 

SEMI PRIVATE PILATES

With up to 3 in a class, for those who want to work on specific areas, goals, are post injury, pregnant, post natal, or returning to Pilates after a break or perhaps just want an all round workout with a friend or family member.  These classes are tailored to each individual, and during the day time.


Health funds can also be used for these under Physiotherapy. 

PRE AND POST NATAL CLASSES

Although we don't offer specific classes for only pre and post natal clients, we welcome ladies who are pre or post natal in our group classes all the way to full term. We ensure highly trained instructors who have experience in Women's Health are able to offer modifications during the class. 

However, NOT all classes are suitable. Please email us before booking to discuss best classes.
