For those who are new to Pilates or the Reformer, or just need a refresher. This class is designed to make sure you know what your 'core' is, and how to switch it on! Get comfortable with the Reformer in a welcoming/supportive environment.
Muscle changes happen at 4-6 weeks, so stick with it!
This class is designed to give you an all over body workout adding core strength, balance, flexibility and some jumpboard if desired.
Class will leave you feeling invigorated!
One on one, individualised, tailored classes during the day time for those with injuries or who want to achieve specific goals or maybe you are new to Reformer and just need a little head start. Private sessions can be done on the Mat or Reformer depending on your needs/goals.
Health funds can be used through Physiotherapy!
With up to 3 in a class, for those who want to work on specific areas, goals, are post injury, pregnant, post natal, or returning to Pilates after a break or perhaps just want an all round workout with a friend or family member. These classes are tailored to each individual, and during the day time.
Health funds can also be used for these!
We welcome ladies who are pre or post Natal. The Reformer is a fabulous way to stay strong during pregnancy with numerous modifications available
